Delivery Time
The average delivery time for items ordered from our site is 5-10 business days.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Upwardly-Mobile.com delivers all items shipped to Trinidad via our own carrier. All orders to Tobago will be shipped via TTPost or an alternate courier at our discretion. Currently shipping to both islands is free.
Signature on Delivery
Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery.
If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, you may leave instructions on the checkout page to designate a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, or building manager). If you designate an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package. Upwardly-Mobile.com will not fulfill an order requesting delivery to an address that is not immediately adjacent to the original delivery address.
For safety and security reasons, all deliveries are subject to the driver's discretion.
If you or your designate are not available for delivery, the carrier leaves a Delivery Notice on your door after the first delivery attempt. Our carrier attempts delivery three times before returning your package. At this point you will be refunded your money minus a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the item.
