- How do I pay for my order You may pay for your order via credit card or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery may be paid for with US(@6.15TTD/USD) or TT cash or Manager's Cheque. If you are paying via credit card you should email reply to your order confirmation email stating such. You may choose between Google Checkout or Paypal.
- Are these phones unlocked? All our phones are unlocked which means you just put your sim card in and its ready to go.
- Will it work on my carrier? Many of our phones are Tri Band and the rest are Quad Band, which means they will work on almost any GSM network in the world. Digicel uses the 850Mhz and 1900Mhz frequency band. TSTT/bmobile uses the 1800Mhz frequency band. Triband phones operate on 850/1800/1900 or 900/1800/1900 which means a triband phone will work on Digicel's 1900 or BMobile's 1800 bands.
- What does your 1 year warranty guarantee me? Our 1 year warranty guarantees that we will either replace or repair any manufacturers defects in the first year after your purchase. Please note the warranty does not cover damages due to misuse or an attempted repair by any third party. You may have to incur shipping costs to and from our facility for repairs.
- Are you a BMobile/Digicel partner? We are affiliated with neither Digicel nor BMobile. We simply provide the best GSM phones at the lowest possible prices.
- How do you maintain such low prices, are the phones new? All our phones are brand new, our low prices are a result of the fact that we have no store fronts and the extra staff it would incur. This way we are able to lower our costs and pass the savings to you the consumer.
- I am at work during business hours may I use my office address You may use any address you wish on the order page. If you have any special instructions please send a follow up email to info@upwardly-mobile.com quoting your order number.
- Do I pay customs or VAT on delivery. All prices quoted on our site are the final price to you the consumer.
- How do I pay for my order. Currently we accept cash on delivery. This may be in the form of a Manager's Cheque payable to Upwardly Mobile Ltd. or cash (TTD or USD @ 6.15 USD /TTD). Credit card payments are handled through Google Checkout. Email us after placing your order requesting to pay by CC and quote your order no. we will then send you an email invoice directing you to our Google Checkout page. Google Checkout is a safe and secure method to pay online with 128bit encryption.
